Because we deal exclusively in premium UK used and brand new laptops, our return, exchange, and warranty guidelines are structured to guarantee device authenticity while maintaining strict quality control.

1. Verification & Testing Window

  • Inspection Period: Every laptop purchased from us comes with a dedicated 7-day inspection and testing warranty starting from the exact date of delivery or in-store collection.
  • Functional Guarantee: This window is provided to allow you to fully verify the laptop's hardware components, battery health, and operating system stability to ensure it matches our premium standards.

2. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

Returns or direct item exchanges are only accepted under the following strict conditions:

  • Hardware Malfunctions: The device develops an unmentioned display, keyboard, or internal hardware defect during the testing window.
  • Specification Mismatch: The delivered device does not match the exact hardware specifications (RAM, Storage, Processor, or Model) stated on your official corporate invoice.

3. Exclusions & Voided Warranties

The inspection warranty becomes immediately null and void if the laptop shows any signs of:

  • Physical & Liquid Damage: Signs of accidental drops, cracks, dents, screen pressure marks, or liquid spillage after possession has been transferred.
  • Unauthorized Modifications: System tampering, opening the chassis, breaking our internal warranty seals, or hardware component swapping without direct authorization from our technical team.
  • Software Tampering: Operating system corruption caused by self-executed flashing, malicious software, or unverified BIOS updates.

CRITICAL NOTE: Our internal hardware diagnostics team takes a digital snapshot of all component serial keys and seal signatures before dispatch. Any unverified alterations will immediately flag and cancel the entire coverage window.

4. Condition for Return Approval

To successfully process a return or exchange, the item must fulfill the following criteria:

  • Original Packaging: Brand new units must be returned with their pristine original box, manuals, and uncut plastic wraps.
  • Accompanying Accessories: All units (including UK used) must be accompanied by the exact premium charger and power brick they were supplied with.
  • Data Clearance: All personal accounts (e.g., iCloud, Windows Hello, Google Accounts) and passwords must be completely removed before handover.

5. How to Initiate a Claim

  • Log the Issue: Contact our support channels immediately within the 7-day window with your official receipt or order number.
  • Technical Assessment: Bring or securely ship the device to our physical storefront for rigorous diagnostic testing by our specified technician.
  • Resolution: Upon verification of a qualifying factory or hardware fault, we will immediately initiate a component replacement, a direct laptop swap, or issue store credit.
