Returns, Exchanges & Warranty

At Oriadelots, we believe in "No stories, just verified quality." Our policy is designed to balance the unique nature of refurbished hardware with our commitment to customer satisfaction.

1. The Warranty Guarantee

Every device sold is covered by our Limited Hardware Warranty. This warranty promises that your device is free from internal hardware defects at the time of sale and will remain functional under normal operating conditions for the duration of the specified warranty period.

2. Warranty Duration

Our standard hardware warranty period is 30 days from the date of purchase. This warranty covers internal hardware malfunctions that occur during normal, intended use.

3. Return Window (Non-Defective Items)

We operate a 7-day strict return window for non-defective items (buyer's remorse). To be eligible, the device must be in the exact condition it was delivered, including all original packaging and accessories. Please note that if no technical fault is found after our assessment, we do not offer cash refunds. Any approved return for a non-defective item is strictly limited to an exchange for another product of equal or greater value.

4. Warranty Exclusions

To maintain our pricing and quality standards, our warranty does not cover the following under any circumstances:

• Battery Degradation: We do not guarantee battery life or health, as capacity naturally diminishes over time.
• Screen Faults: We do not cover screen issues, including but not limited to pixels, lines, or pressure marks, as these are often caused by improper handling.
• Charger Faults: Chargers and power adapters are provided as-is and are not covered under our warranty.
• Accidental Damage: Liquid spills, drops, or physical impact.
• Unauthorized Modification: Any attempt to open or repair the device by a third party.

5. Shipping and Logistics

In the event of a return, exchange, or warranty claim, the customer is strictly responsible for all shipping costs to and from our facility. We recommend using a tracked courier service to ensure your device reaches our hub safely.

6. The Resolution Process

To initiate a claim, please contact our support desk with your Order Number and Device Serial Number. Once our technical team completes their assessment:

• If a covered hardware fault is confirmed, we will provide a repair or a direct product exchange.
• If no fault is found, the original item will be returned to the customer at their expense.
