By accessing the Oriadelots website and placing an order for hardware, laptops, smartphones, or accessories, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Device Grading and Descriptions

We specialize in three distinct product categories:

• UK-Used & Refurbished Systems: These devices undergo comprehensive technical testing. Physical condition is categorized according to our grading scale. Minor cosmetic signs of use do not constitute a hardware defect.
• Brand New Devices: These items are supplied in their original, sealed manufacturer packaging.

2. Order Acceptance

All orders placed are subject to acceptance by Oriadelots. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, product unavailability, errors in pricing or product descriptions, or suspicion of fraudulent activity.

3. Testing and Verification Guarantee

We guarantee that all systems leave our facility strictly tested and fully functional according to the technical specifications listed on the product page at the time of purchase ("No stories, just verified quality").

4. Warranty and Returns Policy

All hardware purchases are covered by our standard limited warranty. The warranty covers internal hardware malfunctions that occur during normal, intended use.

• Warranty Void Conditions: The warranty is immediately voided in the event of liquid damage, accidental physical drops, unauthorized third-party repairs, or electrical surges caused by faulty external power sources.
• Returns: Returns for non-defective items (buyer's remorse) must be initiated within our stipulated return window and may be subject to a technical re-evaluation and restocking fee.

5. Pricing, Payment, and Availability

Due to the unique nature of graded UK-used electronics, stock availability is dynamic. Prices are subject to change without notice based on market rates. Payment must be cleared in full before any device is dispatched for delivery.

6. Limitation of Liability

Oriadelots shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms shall not exceed the original purchase price of the device in question.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ondo State, Nigeria.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Your continued use of the website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
