These Terms and Conditions govern your relationship with our physical retail store located at 57, Arakale road, opposite Ecobank, Akure, Ondo State, as well as our official digital sales channels. By accessing our store, placing an order, or making a purchase, you agree to be bound completely by these terms.

1. Scope of Business & Products

• Product Classification: Oriadelots Limited specializes strictly in the sourcing, testing, and distribution of premium UK used and brand new laptops.
• Condition Transparency: Every device is sold with explicit disclosure of its hardware grading (for UK used units) or factory-sealed status (for brand new units). It is the customer's responsibility to verify these details at the point of sale or delivery.

2. Pricing and Payments

• Currency & Validity: All prices are quoted in Nigerian Naira (₦) and are subject to change without prior notice based on international tech supply chains or sourcing exchange rates.
• Payment Clearance: No product will be released, packaged for shipment, or delivered until full payment clearance has been confirmed via our official corporate banking channels.
• Invoicing: A legally binding corporate invoice issued under Oriadelots Limited (RC: 7974794) will accompany every valid transaction.

3. Shipping, Logistics, & Risk Transfer

• Delivery Scope: We facilitate logistics across various zones, including local delivery within Ondo State, the wider South-West region, Lagos environs, and all other regional hubs across Nigeria.
• Risk of Loss: The risk of physical damage or loss of the hardware transfers entirely to the buyer once the package has been signed for and accepted from our designated logistics carrier or direct carrier agents.
• Inspection Upon Receipt: Customers are legally required to visually inspect the physical chassis, screen integrity, and warranty seals of the laptop immediately upon delivery before signing the courier clearing slip.

4. Warranty & Device Usage Restrictions

• Inspection Warranty: All laptops are bound strictly by our dedicated 7-Day Testing and Inspection Window as detailed in our Return Policy.
• Prohibited Tech Alterations: Our business warranty is instantly voided if a device experiences unauthorized hardware component swapping, chassis opening, or severe operating system corruption caused by unverified software or BIOS flashing.

5. Limitation of Liability

• Data Protection: Oriadelots Limited is not liable under any circumstances for the loss of personal data, corporate files, or software licenses stored on a client's laptop during transit, testing, or potential repair phases. Backing up data is entirely the user’s responsibility.
• Service Interruptions: We do not accept liability for indirect corporate losses, business downtime, or missed deadlines resulting from a laptop hardware malfunction.

6. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any legal disputes arising from transactions with Oriadelots Limited will be handled under the jurisdiction of courts capable of sitting in Ondo State.
