For local deliveries, items typically arrive within 24 hours, depending on your location, whereas national shipments generally arrive within 1-3 business days.

 

Once your order is handed over to our courier, you will receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp to monitor your shipment in real-time. We take precautions to protect hardware during transit; however, if you notice any damage to the outer packaging upon delivery, please document it before opening and contact our support team immediately for assistance.

Defective Items: Covered by a 30-day warranty for internal hardware malfunctions; we provide repair or after-sales service.

Non-Defective Items: A 7-day exchange window is available for items in original condition; we do not offer cash refunds.

Shipping: Customers are strictly responsible for all shipping costs to and from our facility.

We accept payments via Razorpay and Paystack, allowing you to transact securely using your debit or credit card. We also accept secure bank transfers.

Our products are covered by a 30-day Limited Hardware Warranty from the date of purchase, which protects against internal hardware malfunctions under normal operating conditions. This warranty does not cover battery degradation, as capacity decreases naturally over time. Additionally, we do not cover screen faults, such as pixels, lines, or pressure marks, or issues with chargers and power adapters, which are provided as-is. Finally, the warranty excludes coverage for accidental damage, such as liquid spills, drops, or physical impact, as well as any unauthorized modifications or repairs attempted by a third party.
